The Board of Directors is made up of community leaders who meet on a monthly basis to chart the course of the agency. Pathways is a nationally accredited agency with an outstanding reputation and is staffed by trained professionals. For over twenty years, this agency has helped hundreds of people with disabilities reach their potential.

Funding is provided by the state and federal governments, the Lewiston CDBG program, the City of Auburn and the support and participation of many local businesses. Pathways is a member agency of the United Way.
